NEW ORLEANS - (May 27, 2021) – Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation/R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl officials announced today the 21st R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl will kick off on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021, at 9:15 p.m. ET/8:15 p.m. CT at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and ESPN Radio. For its 21st anniversary, the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl will host teams from the Sun Belt Conference and Conference USA.
“As things continue to improve in New Orleans, the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl team hopes to welcome fans back to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for this year’s game and looks forward to showcasing New Orleans and the State of Louisiana to a primetime audience on ESPN,” said Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation
